Event Log

Eden Event Log is the append-only record of important activity across the substrate. It correlates access, policy decisions, approvals, configuration changes, agent runs, migration state, and execution outcomes without copying credentials or sensitive payloads into the record.

Recorded context

Events can include:

• The actor, organization, resource, and operation
• The effective policy and decision
• Approval and delegation history
• Agent run and tool activity
• Governance feature changes
• Migration and operational state changes
• Trace, request, and related-resource identifiers
• The outcome and event timestamp

Using the log

Operators can filter events by actor, resource, event type, time, trace, and related work. Retention and export controls support incident investigation, compliance review, and evidence generation.
